7- Day Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gel polish or enhancements chip within 7 days of your service, we offer complimentary repairs. Please contact us promptly to schedule.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can make it right.

Health & Safety

For your safety, please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions (such as diabetes), or sensitivities prior to your service.

Child Safety

We love our little guests! For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to run or play in the salon.

Beverages

Complimentary beverages are limited to one per guest (21+ for alcoholic beverages, valid ID required). Please enjoy responsibly.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or whose condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

Personal Belongings

Glamour Nail Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Appointment & Late Policy

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee and require a deposit for future bookings.
